THE OLDEST INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR GOLF INVITATIONAL IN NORTH AMERICA

East Aurora Country Club

June 24 – 28, 2024

About the Event

Started in 1953, the International Junior Masters (“IJM”) is a junior golf tournament for boys and girls aged 18 and under. We are the oldest international junior invitational in North America.

Our golf tournament is unique in that it combines both medal play and match play into its tournament format. Top caliber players from around the globe have competed in the tournament, making it a worldwide showcase of junior golf talent, creating a field at the highest level of competition.

Wondering what the IJM is all about? Check out our PDF guide that provides a pictorial explanation of this unique event.

Junior Girls Division

The International Junior Masters committee is pleased to announce that the girls division will be held again this year. The girls division consists of an eight-girl field and, for the most part, follows the format for the boys tournament.

The girls will play two medal rounds—one Tuesday and one Wednesday. Medal play results will be used to determine match play seeding. Single-elimination match play will begin early Thursday afternoon. Semi-finals and finals matches will be played on Friday morning and afternoon.

The field is limited to eight girls. Selections will be made via invitation and local qualifier, to be held on the first Saturday in May. Those who qualify will have their qualifier fee credited toward the tournament fee.
