A. By Invitation:
Historically all IJM participants have completed an application listing their accomplishments, and submitted it to the IJM selection committee. The committee would review the applications and invite participants based upon their results in previous IJM’s or their listed accomplishments. This is still the primary avenue to gain entry. However…

B. By Qualification:
In addition to the invitation selection process, EACC is holding an 18 hole, medal qualifying tournament for those applicants who wish to have an alternate opportunity to gain entry into the IJM field. The actual number of qualifying spots will be determined by the selection committee based upon the number of entrants into the qualifying tournament, however a minimum of 5 spots is guaranteed. Cost of the qualifier is $100 and includes a practice round to be arranged with the pro shop the week of the qualifier. Successful participants will have their $100 fee credited toward the total tournament entry fee of $200.

 In addition, 2 spots will also be held for those participants whose families hold membership and are in good standing of EACC.

 Both qualifiers will be held on the same afternoon, Saturday May 12, 2012.

C. Application

If you are submitting the application for consideration by the committee for invitation check that box on the form. If you are submitting for consideration by the committee and also intend to play in the 18 qualifier check that box and include a check for $100 with your application.

We'll begin accepting applications on January 1, 2012. We encourage early submittal as invitations are issued throughout the winter and spring.  Deadline for all applications is May 1, 2012.
